Penang2030 Vision is on track, with 80% of its key targets already at various stages, says Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.

Long-term projects like the Mutiara Light Rail Transit (LRT) Line and Silicon Island, he said were progressing and could be considered part of the completed targets once approvals were in place.
