MBSJ acts against heavy vehicles parked at unauthorised locations

Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) has taken enforcement action against heavy vehicles parked at unauthorised locations.

The heavy vehicle operation was carried out at several locations, including Jalan Persiaran Puchong Permai, Jalan Prima Utama 3 in Puchong Jaya, Jalan Kewajipan in USJ 8 and Jalan USJ 11/2 in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

In a media statement, MBSJ said inspections found several heavy vehicles at locations where they were not permitted.

The city council issued compounds and towed some vehicles to TP 2 Storage Depot in Subang Jaya and Jalan TPP 6 Storage Depot in Puchong.

MBSJ said vehicles with a load weight exceeding two metric tonnes were not allowed to enter housing areas without permission.

In a separate operation, MBSJ took enforcement action against hawkers who left their goods and equipment at Jalan TBK 1, Taman Bukit Kinrara, Puchong.
