A residents association has awarded a developer with a certificate of appreciation for services rendered in delivering the project in Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Kaze Hill Residents Association chairman Tan Yee Siong said they were thankful to Linbaq Holding for its professionalism, customer service and community-building processes.

“Residents really appreciate Linbaq’s effort, from the construction phase through to the handover process.

“The company always provided strong communication, responsiveness and support throughout the construction and handover process to the residents,” he added.

Tan also said that the association hoped to continue working with Linbaq to help enhance quality of life within their community.

Tan handed over the certificate to Linbaq deputy chief executive officer Grant Kok Chun Siong and project manager Md Asrul Md Zahi, who represented the company’s customer service and project teams.

Kok said Linbaq had always upheld the customer-first principle in its service.

“As a developer, the company does not just build houses but is committed to creating better and sustainable communities for residents.

“This recognition from the residents association is the best testament to the team’s effort,” he said, adding that Linbaq was grateful for customers’ trust and support.

Kok said the company would continue working with residents to create ideal and sustainable communities.
