A HIGH-RISE residential project atop Bukit Serdang has earned international recognition, bringing home two awards at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2025–2026.
Vista Lavender @ Serdang Hill, developed by Orando Holdings through its subsidiary Uni Vista Sdn Bhd, was named winner in both the Residential High-Rise Development Malaysia and Residential High-Rise Architecture Malaysia categories.
The project, currently under development, features 540 freehold units spread across two towers.
Located at the highest point of Bukit Serdang, it aims to offer a low-density lifestyle with panoramic views, modern conveniences, and a touch of nature.

Slated for completion in 2027, Vista Lavender is designed with both lifestyle and liveability in mind.
Residents can expect a wide range of amenities including multiple pools, a playground, outdoor fitness areas, BBQ pavilions, and gardens tailored for relaxation such as the Scented Garden and Sunken Book Nooks.
There is also a rooftop Moonlight Bar, indoor facilities like reading and games rooms, a gym, saunas and multipurpose halls. Its Under The Cloud Seat offers residents elevated views and serene spaces to unwind.
Environmentally-conscious features include rainwater harvesting and EV charging stations. Some units will have up to three parking bays.
The project sits within the mature township of Seri Kembangan, with easy access to UPM MRT and Serdang Jaya MRT, connecting residents to Kuala Lumpur and nearby cities like Puchong and Cyberjaya.
