FOR a period of time, financial analyst Low Chiu Yen depended on ehailing services and feeder buses to commute to her office in Bandar Utama from the Surian MRT station in Petaling Jaya.

However, long wait times and ever-increasing fares left her feeling frustrated and sometimes late for work.
