A COMPREHENSIVE art gallery for various associations to exhibit their artworks should be set up in Sibu, says Bukit Assek assemblyman Joseph Chieng.

“Since we are carrying out the Bukit Assek redevelopment plan, I believe this is an excellent time to propose to our premier, Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, that we should have a professional art gallery,” he said at a press conference to announce the “Mysterious Heart of Sarawak” exhibition by Sibu Photography Association (SPA).
