IJM Land has launched Phase 17C of its landed Avela homes at IJM Rimbayu, its premier township adjacent to Kota Kemuning in Shah Alam, Selangor.
The phase comprises 145 Type A Garden Homes, and it is anticipated that the launch will replicate the positive responses of its predecessors with a gross development value (GDV) of RM216mil.
