Selangor aims to build at least 60,000 Rumah Selangorku units by 2025


Borhan announcing that the state government aims to build atleast 60,000 Rumah Selangorku units by 2025 during the Selangor Property Expo 2023 at Central i-City in Shah Alam.

STATE housing and culture committee chairman Borhan Aman Shah said that the state is aiming towards at least 60,000 Rumah Selangorku units by the year 2025.

“To date, 109 projects involving 35,606 Rumah Selangorku units have been completed and occupied.

“In terms of housing offers, the Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS) has successfully offered 48,407 members of the public the opportunity to own Rumah Selangorku.” He said during the Selangor Property Expo 2023 hosted by LPHS at Central i-City in Shah Alam.

Speaking about LPHS, he mentioned that it not only serves as a policy maker and project monitor but also acts as a special housing developer for affordable housing.

“LPHS aims to have 6,347 Rumah Selangorku units built by 2026.”

“The strategic locations for these soon-to-be-built units include Glenmarie, Alam Impian, Pekan Bangi Lama, Pulau Meranti, Kota Warisan, and Salak Tinggi.” He added.
