KUALA LUMPUR: The Selangor government has agreed to provide compassionate aid to the residents of 15 houses in Taman Bukit Permai 2, Ampang, after they were ordered to evacuate following a lanslide in March 2022, says Izham Hashim.

The Selangor Infrastructure and Agriculture Committee chairman said the area had later been declared unsafe for occupancy and the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) will be demolishing the houses to create a buffer zone.
