‘Kepala Batas has its own way to transformation’

KEPALA Batas has been transformed into a thriving town through a carefully thought out planning policy, says Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican.

He said the small town was built through the “Cara Kepala Batas” (Kepala Batas way), adding that the former prime minister and Kepala Batas MP Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was instrumental in its transformation.
