Selangor exco member to arrange meeting with ministry to address issues faced by childcare centres


THE Selangor government will arrange for a meeting between a childcare centre support club and the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry, following several issues raised by the club at a recent meeting.

"Yesterday (March 16) a group from Kelab Rekreasi Pengasuh Malaysia (KRPM) visited my office to highlight several issues faced by nannies/caregivers in relation to the latest circular issued by the Social Welfare Department (JKM) dated Jan 11," said Selangor public health, unity, women empowerment and family committee chairman Dr Siti Mariah Mahmud in a social media post Thursday (March 17).
