THE running track at the Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) Sports and Recreational Complex in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, has been upgraded and is open for use.

Penang youth and sports committee chairman Soon Lip Chee said the upgrading project cost RM1.65mil.
