Sharp drop in dengue cases recorded for Petaling Jaya


Petaling Jaya recorded more than 60% drop in dengue cases as of epidemiology week 41 this year compared to the same period last year.

“A total of 1,095 dengue cases were recorded as of Oct 16 this year in areas under Petaling Jaya City Council’s (MBPJ) administration, compared to 3,395 during the same period last year,” MBPJ’s corporate communications unit said in a statement.
