SEBERANG Prai City Council (MBSP) collected RM57.5mil in assessment fees during the promotion period between July 1 and Aug 31, surpassing its target of RM50mil.
In expressing his appreciation to ratepayers for paying their dues even during the pandemic, council mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud said MBSP was aware that many still could not afford to pay the fees and thus, several measures were being taken to help them.
