COASTAL areas in the Klang district saw rising waters due to a high tide at 5.56am on Thursday (Oct 7) instead of 6.30am as forecast.
A check by StarMetro found that water levels were ankle-deep at Jalan Syahbandar and Persiaran Raja Muda outside the Port Klang KTM Kommuter station.
