KAJANG Municipal Council (MPKJ) is waiting for the Home Ministry’s approval to rezone a 0.54ha land designated for a police and fire station in Bandar Sungai Long into a permanent market complex.
MPKJ had planned to relocate some 100 traders from the 25-year-old Bandar Sungai Long morning market who are currently operating from Persiaran SL 1 and Laman Niaga Komuniti Bandar Sungai Long on Jalan SL ⅔.
