Residents claim that illegal modifications along biking trails resulted in frequent landslides near Alila Homes in Tanjung Bungah.
SOME 400 residents have raised concerns over the two landslides that occurred behind their high-rise condominium block in Tanjung Bungah, Penang.
They believe an illegal channelling of the water runoff from the biking path onto the hillslope could be the immediate cause of the landslides.
