Assistant Commissioner Mustafa Kamal Gani Abdullah, who has served 25 years in the police force, is honoured to receive the Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (PKT) from the Penang government.

ACP Mustafa, who is heading the Penang Narcotics Criminal Investigations Department (NCID) for about a year now, was given the award in conjunction with Yang Di-Pertua Negri Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak’s 72nd birthday.
