FARM Fresh Bhd has once again reaffirmed its position as Malaysia’s most trusted dairy brand, after winning Platinum in the Beverage–Dairy category for the fifth consecutive year at the Putra Brand Awards.

The latest win further strengthens Farm Fresh’s standing as a brand that continues to resonate deeply with Malaysian consumers.

The Putra Brand Awards, widely recognised as the nation’s most credible consumer-driven brand recognition platform, honours brands based on public trust, preference, and experience.

This year, over 51,000 responses were voluntarily submitted, with voters selecting their favourite brands based on their own experiences and perceptions.

This year’s achievement marks a significant milestone for Farm Fresh as it reflects sustained trust and loyalty from Malaysians since the brand’s first Platinum win in 2021.

It proves that their commitment to quality, natural ingredients free from preservatives, artificial colourings, flavourings and hidden sugar have truly resonated with the Malaysian consumers.

From its modest beginnings in 2009, Farm Fresh has grown into one of Malaysia’s homegrown success stories.

What started with a small herd of imported dairy cows and a single farm in Johor has evolved into a fully integrated grass-to-glass dairy operation, built on a clear promise, which is to provide fresh, high-quality dairy products without preservatives or artificial additives.

Over the years, the company has steadily expanded its footprint. Today, Farm Fresh manages dairy farms across Malaysia and Australia, spanning more than 5,000 acres and over 13,000 dairy cows.

Its portfolio now includes more than 220 products across multiple brands, catering to a wide spectrum of consumer needs, from fresh milk and yoghurt to butter and ice cream.

Innovation has been a key driver of this growth. Continuous investment in research and development has enabled Farm Fresh to introduce a range of differentiated products, including lactose-free milk, dates milk, almond milk, and Farm Fresh Grow for children.

Recent additions such as choco malt beverages, packaged ice cream, cooking and whipping cream and butter further reflect the brand’s commitment to evolving with consumer preferences

Beyond products, Farm Fresh has also made meaningful progress in regional expansion. The company currently serves markets such as Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines, and Cambodia, supported by manufacturing operations in Australia.

Its newly operational facility in the Philippines marks another step forward in delivering fresh dairy products closer to consumers in the Asia-Pacific region.

As for Cambodia, their recent market entry in August 2025 has been received well by consumers with rapid penetration into key trade channels in Phnom Penh, from supermarkets to coffee chains.

Equally central to Farm Fresh’s identity is its commitment to ethical and sustainable farming.

Its Malaysian farms are the first in Asia to receive the Certified Humane Raised and Handled certification, underscoring the brand’s dedication to world-class animal welfare standards.

Community initiatives such as the long-running School Milk Programme further reinforce its purpose-driven approach, having provided millions of milk packs to school children nationwide while supporting a network of micro-entrepreneurs.

Commenting on the latest recognition, Farm Fresh Bhd group managing director and group chief executive officer Loi Tuan Ee, together with group chief operating officer Azmi Zainal, expressed appreciation for the continued trust shown by consumers.

“This recognition is deeply meaningful to us. Winning Platinum for the fifth consecutive year reflects the trust Malaysians place in our brand.

“We are grateful for the unwavering support that has enabled Farm Fresh to grow while staying true to our values, and will continue to stay true to our mission - delivering fresh, high quality dairy while making a positive impact on the environment and society,” they said.
