THE Penang Housing Board is embarking on 10 new affordable housing projects in the state, beginning with the first in Bukit Gedung, Bayan Baru.
Penang housing committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the project in Bukit Gedung was now in an advanced stage with an open tender to be called in October.
