FRUSTRATED by the limited functions of traditional massage tools, a 50-year-old Chinese therapy practitioner in Johor Baru decided to design versatile implements from buffalo horns.
Certified massage therapist Wong Soo Loong, who specialises in gua jin — a traditional Chinese medicine technique to massage parts of the body using a smooth-edged tool — said the ones in the market were too targeted and narrow in scope.
