CONFUSION reigned on the first day of the two-week nationwide total lockdown as many were still unclear about the standard operating procedures (SOP) to curb the spread of Covid-19.

The older generation who do not have the MySejahtera app were uncertain if they were able to visit outlets and shopping malls, while some hawkers decided to stop operating for a day to get a clearer picture of the latest SOP for their business
