KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is planning to offer government premises as alternative venues for buskers to perform in, such as the Urban Transformation Centres (UTCs) and food courts managed by City Hall.

DBKL Corporate Planning Department director Khairul Azmir Ahmad said the plan was still at the preliminary stage.
