Heavy vehicles trundling along a 200m road hundreds of times a day in Diamond Valley Industrial Park in Batu Maung, Penang, has been “ripping the road apart”.

The broken-up road is riddled with ankle-deep potholes and has hardly any tarred surfaces left.
