AMID uncertainties from the Covid-19 pandemic, the Chinese New Year mood can still be felt in the Batu Lanchang constituency in Penang with the presence of colourful decorations.

The decorations that were lighted up since last Friday were installed under the initiative of Batu Lanchang assemblyman Ong Ah Teong’s service centre and the area’s Village Community Management Council (MPKK) members.
