Husband of snatch theft victim who’s in ICU: Help us find the perpetrator

The husband of a woman hurt during a snatch theft attempt in Cheras Business Centre on July 14 is pleading for those with CCTV footage of the incident to come forward.

The 6pm incident at Block E of the Cheras Business Centre in Jalan 1/101C left Yang Ming Xuan, 61, hospitalized in the intensive care unit (ICU).
