BEEFING up security and looking after the safety of ratepayers in Petaling Jaya is the city council’s main focus in next year’s budget.

Mayor Datuk Mohd Sayuthi Bakar said among plans in the pipeline was to clear “blackspots” in housing areas and turn them into safe, comfortable and harmonious neighbourhoods.
