Business owners want licence applications simplified

SEVERAL business owners who received summonses for not having a business licence from the Ipoh City Council are unhappy that no prior notices were issued.

Most businesses located along Jalan Horley were issued summonses on Sept 19 during an operation by the city council’s enforcement team.
