JOHOR BARU: Johor Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) is in the midst of replacing all the incandescent bulbs on streetlamps in the Johor Baru district with LED (light-emitting diodes) ones which will reduce electrical consumption.

Its customer service head (retail division) Datuk Baderul Sham Saad said the exercise involved 30,000 streetlamps within Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) and Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP).
