Shah Alam City Cpuncil (MBSA) will be celebrating Earth Hour on March 30 at Dataran Kemerdekaan in Section 14, Shah Alam, from 8 pm.

1 STAR WOW FIESTA This two-day fiesta in celebration of women and in conjunction with International Women’s Day is happening today and tomorrow, from 11am to 8pm at Starling Mall, Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya. There will be inspirational talks, workshops, comedy shows, live performances, bazaar and special appearances by local artists.

2 WOMEN’S DAY ART EXPOThere will be an art exhibition in conjunction with International Women’s Day at Atelier11, 10-1 Jalan Medan Taming 3B, Pusat Perniagaan Taming Jaya 1, Seri Kembangan, from 11am to 5pm (except Mondays and public holidays) until March 24. Over 100 artworks by more than 30 women artists will be on display.

3 CHARITY BAZAAR IN SEREMBANSeremban Gospel Chapel (SGC) is having a charity bazaar on May 1 at 357, Bukit Lemon, Seremban, from 9am to 1pm. 4 SOLO EXHIBITIONRichard Koh Fine Art is showcasing works by artist Joahua Kane Gomes titled ‘These Things We Do’ at 229 Jalan Maarof, Bukit Bandaraya, Bangsar, until March 30. 5 ART ATTACKAll are invited to Publika’s Weekend Art Attack this weekend at the Publika Shopping Gallery Blur Zone Boulevard. There will be more than 100 pieces of artwork from 16 professional and emerging artists done in Chinese ink, watercolour, oil, acrylic and mixed media, among other techniques. 6 EARTH HOUR IN SHAH ALAMShah Alam City Council (MBSA) will be celebrating Earth Hour on March 30 at Dataran Kemerdekaan in Section 14, Shah Alam, from 8pm. There will be a lucky draw and 11km cycling event open to all Malaysians, colouring contest, stage performances, food trucks and other activities. MBSA is also urging everyone in the city to turn off their lights from 8.30pm to 9.30pm.

7 GET SLIMED AT MALLHave a slime time at Sunway Pyramid Mall LG2 Orange Concourse from this weekend until March 31 at the interactive slime experience for all ages. There will be fun activities like Slime Escape Room, slime workshop, children’s playground, Slime Blaster and Slime Shower. Participants for the slime shower are encouraged to bring extra clothes to change and pre-registration online is required for this activity. 8 PRE-LOVED ITEMS FOR SALELocal celebrities are selling their pre-loved items for a

charitable cause at Level 1, Citta Mall, until tomorrow. Items include a variety of possessions from celebrities like Amber Chia, Baki Zainal and Adibah Noor. Organised by Citta Mall and Sunway Damansara Metro Lions Club, all proceeds will be channelled to The Lions Club to fund their projects.
