Creating clothes from digital waste


Models showcasing the winners’ creations at the “IT’s Recycled Fashion Competition”. The garments were made from used IT items in an effort to curb digital waste. 

MALAYSIA’s first-ever fashion competition featuring repurposed IT products was organised by The Mines Shopping Mall in collaboration with IT Comp and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.

Through the “IT’s Recycled Fashion Competition”, 11 finalists from Limkokwing University showcased their garments made from used IT items on a fashion runway in the mall to a panel of judges.
