State Infrastructure and Public Amenities, Agriculture, and Agro-Industry Committee chairman Izham Hashim said Selangor will restructure the ownership and maintenance of roads to fall under only two agencies.

Currently, a road may fall under the jurisdiction of several agencies, with no one willing to take responsibility for its condition.
