WhatsApp complaints hotline launched

THE public can now lodge complaints with the Penang Island City Council hotline via its WhatsApp number 016-200 4082.

Mayor Datuk Yew Tung Seang said the 24-hour service would complement the existing methods of lodging reports via telephone calls, emails and letters.
