THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has collected about RM77.8mil under its Improvement Service Fund (ISF) from developers since 2010. 

From the amount, about RM72mil has been spent on city infrastructure improvement works, said Petaling Jaya mayor Datuk Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain.
