The Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) will hold open interviews for those who wish to trade at wet markets in Tasek Gelugor, Sungai Dua, Taman Bagan, Taman Selamat, Taman Sri Rambai, Bukit Mertajam, Taman Berjaya, Sungai Bakap, Bandar Tasek Mutiara and Kampung Valdor. The interview will be held at the ground floor meeting room of the MPSP branch office in Jalan Betek, Bukit Mertajam, from 9am to 11am tomorrow. The #JomENJOY Food & Fun Fair will be held at the Church of Divine Mercy in Sungai Ara from 9am to 3pm on Saturday. Proceeds will be used to build a free learning centre and community hall. St Mark’s Community Services will hold a free medical check, blood donation drive and organ donation pledge at 8.30am on Sunday at St Mark’s Church Butterworth in Jalan St Mark. A colouring contest will also be held for children aged between six and 12. Participants need to bring their own colouring materials while drawing papers will be provided.
