SEVERAL reforms will be implemented in the Perak state legislative assembly starting today, says newly-elected Speaker Datuk Ngeh Koom Ham.
Among the changes are a 50% increase in the time allocated for the Opposition leader and assemblymen to debate as well as additional time for question and answer sessions.
