Deja vu for Ampang Jaya folk with houses in danger of collapsing into drain


Large cracks have appeared on the walls of the monsoon drain, strectching all the way to the foundation of the houses along Jalan Bunga Tanjung 2.

RESIDENTS of Jalan Bunga Tanjung 2 in Taman Muda, Ampang Jaya fear that their houses could collapse into a large monsoon drain in what would be a repeat of an incident some 30 years ago.

Huge cracks have appeared on the walls and floors of several of the three-storey houses, with further signs of erosion along the drains.
