New bridge to cut travel time and give Pontian a boost


Hasni sharing details of the bridge project that cost RM568mil.

JOHOR BARU: Pontian’s connectivity is set to be further enhanced with a new RM568mil bridge that is expected to be ready within the next two years.

Johor Public Works, Rural and Regional Development committee chairman Datuk Hasni Mohammad said the 3km bridge linking Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) to Kampung Sungai Boh across Sungai Pulai was scheduled to be completed by October 2020.
