Learning from each other about women’s issues

KUCHING: The respective women’s councils of Sarawak and Sabah will work together and learn from each other’s experiences to empower women and the family institution in both states.

Sarawak Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah said the Sarawak Women and Family Council, which she chairs, and the Sabah Women’s Advisory Council (MPWS) shared similar roles of advising the government on women and family matters.
