SOME 1,000 guests were treated to a wonderful slew of performances and scrumptious food at the Penang Chinese Town Hall (PCTH) Chinese New Year open house at its premises in Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling.
PCTH chairman Datuk Khor Teng How said the gathering of people from all walks of life during open house events was a reflection of our multiracial country.
