Malaysia-Japan relations are taking a delicious turn after several Japanese cattle farms that recently passed Jakim audits for halal compliance are finally exporting their produce here.

The matter was proudly announced by Japan’s ambassador to Malaysia Dr Makio Miyagawa at an event at his embassy early this month to mark the 84th birthday of Japan’s Emperor Akihito.
