TRAFFIC MATTERS

• There will be a short-term night lane closure at the intersection of Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Sultan Ismail until Nov 27, from 11pm to 5am, excluding Friday and Saturday nights. At least one lane in each direction will remain accessible to traffic at any one time.

• There will be intermittent two-lane closure of a 150m stretch along Jalan Metro Perdana heading to Bukit Maluri until Feb 27, from 11pm to 6am daily. One lane will remain open to motorists.

• There will be intermittent lane closure on the left-most lane along Jalan Putra Permai, Serdang-bound until Dec 1. Two lanes will remain open to motorists. All closures are for MRT construction works. For details, call 1-800-82-6868.

WATER DISRUPTION

There will be a temporary disruption of water supply in Sabak Bernam on Nov 15, from 9am to 7pm, due to water treatment system equipment replacement works at Bernam River Headworks Water Treatment Plant. Affected areas include Taman Setia Jaya, Taman Padu Permai, Taman Nirwana, Taman Makmur, Taman Cahaya, Taman Seri Indah, Taman Suria, Taman Berkat, Bagan Sungai Besar, Taman Gembira, Taman Seri, Taman Melati and Taman Raya. ORGANIC FARM VISIT

Centre for Environment, Technology and Development, Malaysia is organising a day trip to an organic farm on Nov 12, from 7am onwards. There will be activities such as vegetable seed sowing, transplanting and harvesting, animal feeding and understanding how vermin composting is made.
