SIXTEEN joint management bodies (JMBs) and management corporations (MCs) of high-rise buildings in Seberang Prai have been fined for failing to comply with the waste segregation at source policy.
The Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) fined them RM250 each for the offence.
