Sharvin up and running at Bhairahawa

Sharvin Muniyandy turning out for Bhairahawa Gladiators in Nepal.

MALAYSIA’S Sharvin Muniyandy began his stint at Bhairahawa Gladiators in the fourth edition of the Bajaj Pulsar Everest Cricket Premier League yesterday at TU Stadium in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The Gladiators, a franchise in the T20 leagues in Nepal, played Chitwan Tigers yesterday and will meet Biratnagar Warriors tomorrow.

The Everest Premier League showcases Nepal and international talent, and offers the opportunity of healthy competition for rising stars.

Sharvin becomes the second Malaysian to play in the 2021 Everest Premier League after Virandeep Singh.

He joins other internationals like Tamim Iqbal – Bangladesh’s best batsman ever, Upul Tharanga – former Sri Lanka captain and Dhammika Prasad – also a former Sri Lanka international who played all forms of the game.
