The Japan National Tourism Organisation Kuala Lumpur Office’s (JNTO KL) latest campaign, "Jepun Untukmu", will give Muslims peace of mind when they travel around the nation.

Aimed at promoting Japan as a welcoming and Muslim-friendly holiday destination for Malaysian travellers, the initiative kicks off with a video following two Malaysian content creators as they explore the country.

They share first-hand experiences from a mix of popular attractions and lesser-known spots, including the very famous Shibuya Sky in Tokyo, Shinkyo Bridge, Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Mount Fuji, showcasing Japan’s rich cultural heritage and natural beauty.

The campaign positions Japan as a comfortable and accessible choice for Muslim holidaymakers seeking both cultural exploration and relaxation.

Besides a guide to mosques and halal restaurants, the video also highlights Muslim-friendly accommodations. Beyond that, travellers can also learn how to use the country's efficient public transportation, which can be a little stressful for first-time visitors.

For those planning a trip to Japan, check out the Jepun Untukmu page on the JNTO KL website for more tips and destination ideas.

It’s time to plan your own Japan adventure.
