The Monsoon Escapade 2024 festival will take place from Dec 27 to 29 on the island, held at the Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa for the first time. The place is set to transform into a vibrant hub of music and culture, breathing "new life" into the island, which is typically quiet during the monsoon season.
The festival will not only showcase the island’s natural beauty but also set to create opportunities for the local community to earn some income.
Festival-goers can anticipate a stellar lineup of performers, including local artists Hael Husaini, Alyph, and DJs CZA and BATE.
