The reported cases of people suffering from severe side effects after receiving a Covid-19 vaccine have made many people fearful of receiving the vaccine.
In addition, there is much misinformation out there about purported vaccine side effects, which are unfounded in fact.
This video, presented by Docere co-founder and first-year houseman (formally known as a foundation doctor) at the Hull Royal Infirmary in the United Kingdom Dr Siow Yu, explains what side effects you might actually experience from a Covid-19 vaccine.
It is part of the campaign against Covid-19 vaccine misinformation organised by Docere, a group of young doctors and professionals who aim to empower the public with health information.
StarHealth is partnering with Docere to show some of the videos they have produced for this campaign.
A new video will be uploaded every day at our webpage from March 8 to 14 (2021).
