International Women’s Day is celebrated on March 8. It honours the achievements of women all over the world.

What does a beautiful and strong woman mean to you? Is she pretty inside and out? For many of us, our mother represents a beautiful lady. She is strong, confident, passionate, caring and loving. Plus, she cooks tasty meals for us.

Recently, Starchild asked readers to send in their letters on the topic, International Women's Day. Here's what they have to say.
