Denise Richards is seeking a permanent restraining order against estranged husband Aaron Phypers, whom she testified Tuesday (Oct 7) has “almost killed” her “so many damn times.”

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills alum-turned-OnlyFans star told the Los Angeles Superior Court that Phypers has caused her “at least three concussions” over the course of their relationship, People reports.

Some of the alleged abuse took place days after Richards underwent a tummy tuck and got her implants repaired, after which she alleged Phypers was “hitting me and jamming me into the toilet paper holder,” according to Us Weekly.

She claimed that at one point, she was on the toilet when Phypers “smashed me on the top of my head with the palm of his hand while screaming at me repeatedly, ‘Give me your f—ing phone.'”

Richards said she was “disoriented” following her operation and was fearful that Phypers may “seriously injure” her, so she handed over her phone.

The tumultuous seven-year marriage – during which Richards said Phypers “would often threaten to throw (her) through the windows and off balconies” of hotels – reached an alleged inflection point on July 4 of this year, when they officially separated, according to divorce filings.

At the time, Richards claimed Phypers “got very angry and volatile” and allegedly struck her ear, where she “still had stitches” following a recent facelift.

In mid-July, the Wild Things” actress was granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers, following claims that he would frequently choke her, slap her in the face, squeeze her head with both heads and slam her head into the bathroom towel rack.

Phypers, a “frequency medicine” practitioner, has denied Richards’ abuse accusations, which he claims were manufactured to distract from her alleged infidelity.

His lawyer reminded Richards about her attempts to contact Phypers in the wake of the restraining order, though it prohibits him from speaking to her.

Richards said she knew Phypers was “supposed to stay 300 feet away” from her, but admitted to messaging and calling him to discuss a landlord coming to their former shared residence, Us reports. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
