Wild ‘N Out performer Jacky Oh was “unresponsive” when emergency workers were dispatched to assist her last week in a Miami hotel room.

Efforts to resuscitate the 32-year-old mother of three and longtime partner of comedian DC Young Fly were unsuccessful, according to a police report obtained by E! News.

She was pronounced dead after being brought to south Florida’s Mercy Hospital on May 31. That report listed her age as 33.

Her cause of death has not been officially confirmed, however TMZ reported she recently wrote in a since-deleted social media post that she was in Miami for a plastic surgery procedure known as a “Mommy makeover”.

Jacky Oh, born Jacklyn Smith, was remembered by the comedy show where she met her partner as “a loving friend & beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons.”

DC Young Fly was reportedly in Atlanta taping a new episode of the long-running series when Jacky Oh died in Miami.

Days later, he asked for privacy in a statement expressing gratitude for the support offered by fans and friends. The pair had been together since 2015.

NFL star Odell Beckham and rapper TI joined comedians Cedric the Entertainer and D.L. Hughley in expressing their condolences following Jacky Oh’s sudden death.

“My heart breaks for my young brother @dcyoungfly and his children,” Hughley tweeted. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
